13. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

19. Changes to These Terms
Soul Expression Coaching, LLC may update these Terms from time to time.

20. Optional Discounted 1:1 Sessions
Course purchasers may be offered the opportunity to book up to six individual coaching sessions at a discounted rate of $150 per session.
These sessions are optional and are offered based on mutual fit, availability, and appropriate scope of services. Purchase of Relationship Rewire does not guarantee acceptance into ongoing 1:1 coaching or require either party to continue working together.
Sarah Schweppe may decline or discontinue 1:1 coaching when she determines that the services are not an appropriate fit, are outside the scope of coaching, or for other reasonable professional or business considerations.
The six discounted 1:1 sessions must be booked and completed within six months of the Course purchase date. Any unused discounted sessions expire at the end of that six-month period and have no cash value.
The availability, continuation, or discontinuation of optional 1:1 coaching sessions does not affect your purchase of or access to Relationship Rewire and does not create a separate right to a refund of the Course. Any request for a Course refund remains subject to the 72-hour refund period described in Section 3. After that 72-hour period, the Course purchase remains final except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.
The Course may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical difficulties, platform outages, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Soul Expression Coaching, LLC may move the Course to another platform and provide updated access instructions when reasonably necessary.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Relationship Rewire may be hosted, delivered, or processed through third-party services, including ThriveCart, ThriveCart Learn, payment processors, email providers, video hosts, analytics providers, and file-storage providers.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Soul Expression Coaching, LLC is not responsible for outages, changes, security incidents, or actions caused solely by third-party platforms outside its reasonable control.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms and is incorporated into them by reference.
By purchasing Relationship Rewire, you consent to receiving transactional communications relating to your purchase, access, account, refunds, and Course delivery.
Marketing emails will be handled according to applicable law and the unsubscribe options included in those communications.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Expression Coaching, LLC and Sarah Schweppe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, participation, inability to access the Course, or use of Course materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Soul Expression Coaching, LLC and Sarah Schweppe for any claim relating to the Course will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. No Warranties
Relationship Rewire is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Expression Coaching, LLC disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
We do not warrant that the Course will meet every participant’s expectations or that the platform will operate without interruption or error.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact Soul Expression Coaching, LLC at **[info@sarahschweppe.com](mailto:info@sarahschweppe.com)and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
Any legal action that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Boulder County, Colorado, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
17. No Waiver
The failure of Soul Expression Coaching, LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the checkout page, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soul Expression Coaching, LLC concerning Relationship Rewire.
They replace any prior discussions or communications relating to the Course.
19. Changes to These Terms
Soul Expression Coaching, LLC may update these Terms from time to time.
The version that applies to your purchase is generally the version presented or linked at the time you completed your purchase, unless a later change is required by law or you expressly agree to it.
20. Optional Discounted 1:1 Sessions
Course purchasers may be offered the opportunity to book up to six individual coaching sessions at a discounted rate of $150 per session.
These sessions are optional and are offered based on mutual fit, availability, and appropriate scope of services. Purchase of Relationship Rewire does not guarantee acceptance into ongoing 1:1 coaching or require either party to continue working together.
Sarah Schweppe may decline or discontinue 1:1 coaching when she determines that the services are not an appropriate fit, are outside the scope of coaching, or for other reasonable professional or business considerations.
The six discounted 1:1 sessions must be booked and completed within six months of the Course purchase date. Any unused discounted sessions expire at the end of that six-month period and have no cash value.
The availability, continuation, or discontinuation of optional 1:1 coaching sessions does not affect your purchase of or access to Relationship Rewire and does not create a separate right to a refund of the Course. Any request for a Course refund remains subject to the 72-hour refund period described in Section 3. After that 72-hour period, the Course purchase remains final except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Only sessions that are actually booked and paid for will be charged.
